![]() Styles was linked to Olivia Wilde in early 2021, and the two appeared to get real serious real quick. Other A-list stars who call Hampstead Heath home include Benedict Cumberbatch, Helena Bonham Carter, and Ricky Gervais. Very little is known about these two properties, and the famously private star has yet to confirm whether or not he’s hoping to construct a massive multibuilding mega-compound from the three structures, though reports have speculated that this might be the case. And the following year he put down $5.5 million for the house next door to the second one. Styles doubled down on his Hampstead Heath holdings by buying a neighboring home for $10.9 million. Though not much is known about the unit-the place is notoriously paparazzi-proof-it’s safe to assume that, like other condos in the building, the home measures around 3,000 square feet and features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. His neighbors in the building include a who’s who of Hollywood, including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence, and Justin Timberlake. With the sale of the Sunset Strip home, Styles officially departed the West Coast, next snapping up an $8.7 million Tribeca penthouse. He put the 4,400-square-foot residence on the market for $8.5 million in 2017 but had to slash the price a few times before finally off-loading it at a slight loss (he sold it at $6 million) two years later. During his tenure there, Styles made some upgrades to the house, adding in a high-end audio system (the better to play his music with) and giving the living- and dining-area floors an alabaster finish. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion had a home movie theater, a chef’s kitchen, a penthouse primary suite, and a kidney-shaped pool and spa. ![]() He paid $6.9 million for the ultramodern pad, which boasted glass walls that opened completely onto terraces with views of both the Sunset Strip and the Pacific Ocean. The singer’s next home was a Sunset Strip stunner. He sold it for $3.2 million in 2016, though, given his career’s trajectory, he likely wasn’t hurting too badly from the slight loss. Styles didn’t hold onto the bachelor pad for long, however. There was even a detached guest bungalow for out-of-town pals to crash. Floor-to-ceiling windows let the outdoors in, and a sunken deck leading to a massive saltwater pool helped add to the tropical vibe of the place. Designed by architect Alejandro Ortiz, the tree house-esque mansion measured 3,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, wood beam ceilings, and a tree-lined walkway connecting different parts of the property. Styles made his move stateside when he plunked down $4 million for a unique post-and-beam, midcentury-modern home in Beverly Hills. A home gym with a skylight and a primary suite with its own dressing room round out the home’s modest yet modern offerings. French doors, hardwood floors, and skylights give the space a touch of both countryside charm and contemporary airiness. The 2,300-square-foot residence sits behind high walls and gates for maximum privacy and boasts four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Styles’s first real estate purchase was a $4.8 million white stucco house in the pastoral, suburban North London area of Hampstead Heath. ![]()
